This agreement explains the basic rights, obligations and risk rules that apply when you use DMC services.
Scope of Services
DMC provides digital asset markets, directional trading, fixed-term futures, asset services and related member services. Available features may vary by region, account status and risk controls.
Account Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, protect passwords, verification codes and login devices, and must not lend or transfer accounts or assist unauthorized activity.
Trading and Risk
Digital assets and derivatives involve price, liquidity, network and regulatory risks. Users must make independent decisions and act within their own risk tolerance.
Fees and Settlement
Applicable fees, financing costs and settlement rules are shown on the relevant pages. Confirmed orders are recorded and settled under those rules.
Prohibited Conduct
The platform must not be used for fraud, money laundering, market manipulation, technical attacks, evading risk controls or other violations of law or platform rules.
Changes and Termination
The platform may adjust services for legal, compliance, security or operational reasons. Material changes will be communicated through notices or other reasonable channels.
